A good overnight stop on the road

A good overnight stop, with great staff, clean and comfortable room and a good breakfast. The room was a little tired in places, but everything was clean and working so no complaints from me on that front. Plenty of parking.

Best Campanile stay yet!

We had an amazing night in this Campanile. The breakfast spread was the most impressive of any Campanile we have stayed in. The bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that in a double there is only ever one chair.. It was a restful, peaceful night and it set us up for the next leg of our journey.

Convenient and dog friendly

Good location for a stop off, close to A71 and Puy de Dome. Clean functional room but building decor is a bit tired. Good for those travelling with dogs as you can access your room without going through reception and there is a small garden as well as outside seating next to the bar area.

Great stopover en route to South. 2nd time we have stopped here. Good both times. Young man on reception deserved an extra star. Helpful & friendly on both occasions.

Très bon accueil malgré les travaux dans l'hôtel . Très calme, propre... Pas de restaurant, mais on est redirigé sur le Kyriad juste à côté. Le restaurant est très bien autant pour 1 repas que pour le petit déjeuner

Prévenez vos clients quand il y a changement

Quand je suis arrivé à 20h j’ai eu la surprise de découvrir que l’hôtel était fermé pour maintenance et personne ne m’a prévenu. C’est désagréable . J’ai donc été relogé à côté mais le restaurant était fermé donc très agréable aussi et la pizzeria était complète…. Bref mauvais séjour.

A notre arrivée, l hôtel était fermé nous orientant vers l hôtel Kyriad à côté Si je réserve chez campanile, ce n est pas pour aller chez Kyriad. Pourquoi ne pas l avoir signalé à la réservation, je serai allée ailleurs.

À ameliorer

Vieux chewing-gum coller sur la moquette sur le côté du lit où l’on se lève. Pas agréable quand on est pied nu. Débit des toilettes très faible. Pas possible de faire la grosse Commission et pas de brosse.
