Dirty rooms. Stained blankets. Hot water didn't work. Expedia said I had 2 king beds, but they were two twin beds. Not even queen. Front desk was not friendly.

Outdated Establishment but Friendly Staff
I stayed there for 2 nights and I did not receive a welcome drink as was advertised on the booking, but I still enjoyed my stay. The hotel is somewhat outdated, but the staff was excellent. They were very friendly and the breakfast (included in the stay) was very good on both days. I would stay again if I need to be closer to the Airport.

l was supposed to be charged $250,000 cop or about $68 usd. However, since I had usd I was charged $90 usd because of some supposed tax, even though I paid cash and did not receive a receipt. I do not recommend using them because of the underhandedness that I encountered.

Amazing staff, everyone helpful and nice location. Very clean. They offered free airport pick up they even went twice for me considering my flight delayed an hour. The breakfast was very good! They ask you how you want your eggs, came with coffee, hot chocolate, arepa, butter and toast. It was also included in price. My room was simple and came with two beds, microwave, fridge, and sink. Also has hot water for showers.

The check in was easy, the staff was nice and friendly, the room was as advertised, they serve good food at any time, the place was quite and peaceful during my stay, it was perfect for a one night stay for an early flight, bed was a little stiff but bedding was comfy, free airport shuttle and breakfast provided. No air conditioner however it wasn’t not hot during my stay and a small fan was in room to help ventilation. I highly recommend this place and has all the necessities and amenities.

The best service was the microbus to and from the airport. It was escencial. They also offer services at a small fee to other locations nearby. And of courdse the home cooked food. It was great.

This property has an airport shuttle and is close to the airport. It is very clean. It worked perfectly for getting to the airport for an early am flight. The staff could not have been more accommodating the shuttle from the hotel to airport is as needed.

Amazing service. There is a free shuttle that will pick you up from and drop your off at the airport. There are people working 24/7; I got to the hotel after midnight and I was checked in and shown my room in a matter of minutes. And the following morning, I was made breakfast and taken to the airport. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. And the breakfast area and my bedroom were very comfortable.

I loved the staff! I booked this hotel desperately last minute as I landed because my connecting flight wasn’t leaving until the next morning. Once I booked the hotel, immediately I called the hotel asked for shuttle service and when I walked out the airport the van was there to pick us up. He actually waited for us about an hour due to customs. When we arrived to the hotel, the front desk was extremely helpful. I had a welcome sign. The gentleman who picked us up also helped with the luggages upstairs. The front desk asked what did we want for breakfast. When we woke up in the morning, the staff brought the breakfast to our room. It was delicious with hot chocolate! The only disappointment was the room. It was very small, no windows, and don’t expect nothing fancy. However, it was clean. Now, the reason I’ll go back to this hotel is because my friend left their passport in the room and as soon we called the hotel to notify, in less than 10 minutes one of the staff had brought the passport to us at the airport! We didn’t miss our connecting flight and overall had a delicious breakfast with extremely helpful staff!

Very nice staff .they make you feel at home this the third time i stayed at the hotel .but its the firdt i used expedia. The resturant is very clean and all the kitiche staff is very clean and hygenic so much that i can say about the hotel i would recomed it anyone who goes to medellin its close to airport and they will pick you up and drop you off .

great stop over from airport after 11 hour flight
overall it was great value for money , helpful staff , room included kitchen an microwave , could helped to had cups and some normal tea bags or coffee ?, plates, knife even , also had a fridge nice hot shower but was struggle to get in the bathroom , and shut the door , wouldnt class my self as large , great shuttle service to and from airport , and printed y flight tickets , 9 out 10

We couldn't sleep, insects, smelly sheets, sheets did not fit the bed, first room smelled real bad and second room on third floor was not clean. No sundries. Extremely small bathroom.

It has no elevator and three floors..No Hot water..What they consider hot water is hard Luke warm Resturant was very limited and no one spoke any English..I realize that I was in Colombia but usually in a foreign country there is someone who speaks a little English. The rooms were extremely small and there were cockroaches in the bathroom

Good hotel for the price
I used this hotel for an overnight stay. The free shuttle from/to the airport makes it very convenient for the airport is about 10 minutes away. The staff is very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was simple, but they make it for you on the spot ( I had scrambled eggs with toast, arepa, a slice of cheese and hot chocolat). The area is very quiet, although the rooms are a little noisy (you can hear the roosters at the break of dusk). Overall it was a nice, short stay, and can’t really complain about anything.

Good place to stay on a budget
The gentleman working the front desk is extremely accommodating and friendly. I felt very comfortable and safe as a solo traveler in this location. One block from the beach and 10 min to the old city. Great location. I'm used to having a little warmer shower water but that seems to be a trend in Colombia in general.

Clean, but the rooms are tiny. Bathroom as well. Needs thicker curtains so you can sleep past 6am. All the sunlight gets in. No elevator. A big person barely fits in the bathroom. Also shower door was falling apart.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Arrived around 10pm but the kitchen remained opened for us. Provided transportation back to the airport the next morning so we could catch a bus to Medellin.
