"由於我們這趟來LA是公務行程，所以入住體驗不太好，房內燈光相當昏暗，用筆電蠻吃力的；入住第二晚遇上大停電(晚上10:30~隔天8:30)，導致我們工作差點無法完成，還必須在晚上11:30跑去當地友人家借浴室...停電發生後，櫃檯空無一人，旅館大門敞開，其實也會有點擔心治安。後來看了評論，發現四個月前也曾有過大停電。幸好飯店最後願意退當晚的費用，不過遇到當下真的蠻困擾的。 如果只是要來旅遊並且對停電有心理準備的話，他們的床確實很好睡，浴室蓮蓬頭熱水充足水量大，櫃檯人員親切，地點也很方便。"

"The room cleanliness was quite disappointing. As soon as I entered, there was an unpleasant odor in the room. The bathroom was not properly maintained — there were hairs on the ceiling, which was very off-putting. The shower head was also partially broken, causing water to leak from the side when turned on. Additionally, there were visible stains on the mattress. Overall, the hygiene and maintenance standards need significant improvement."

"The property was basic but definitely clean and safe. As a nearly 6-foot-tall woman it was amazing to have the hot tum bath in the room to take a bath. We would for sure stay there again."

"Do NOT book a reservation here no matter if it’s cheap or seems ok, ITS NOT OK! Our room had a bathroom built like in a prison, no light at the sink, no hand towels, no washcloth, broken hairdryer, super dark and creepy. The bath towels they did have were extremely old, thin, hard, and dirty. Pillows and pillow covers were so disgusting I didn’t even want to touch them. Dresser handles were all broken. No cups, no coffee maker, no nothing. We also had to hear all of the noisy cars and people going in and out of the 7-11 next door 24/7. The “free” breakfast was a waffle machine without any butter or syrup. There was some cereal but no utensils to eat it with. This was probably as bad as a budget motel could get. The staff was NOT accommodating and their answers to everything was either NO or SORRY. DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THE FAKE REVIEWS THAT RATE THIS PLACE A 10. "
