"This place was so nice, clean and quiet. Just what I was looking for. It has been updated with all the latest things and even has a coffee maker and kettle for your use at any time during your stay in a shared hallway. I had a little balcony that I got to watch the sunset every nice which was lovely. Even better was the host as she helped me with some of my needs that I asked her for. I feel she went way above what she had to for me. I would stay here again if I were to visit Follonica again. "

Wir hatten ein Apartment im Erdgeschoss, leider hört man so jedes Geräusch von draussen und die Nachbarn waren wohl auch etwas unruhig. "The place is amazing in the wood, restaurant and super market inside. The price is not cheap, in july I paid about two five cero per night. The only thing I didn't like is the check-in and check-out timing. Check-in is at 18.00 (too late) and check-out is at 9.00 (too early). Additionaly, in the policies it was written that the music was not allowed, however, there was a lot of music for the baby dance and other internal events"

"Excellent breakfast and dinner at same restaurant with beautiful patio. Nice lunch cafe in front also for aperitif. Close to street though. Very friendly staff. Rooms are a bit cold with no decor. Rooms close to stairs and elevator are noisy. We had room 112. Heard everything from the hallways which was annoying at night. Room had a very strong disinfectant odor. Overall highly recommend the hotel."
