"My husband and I fell upon this property for a one night stay on our trip home from Florida. The price was excellent and the property was equal to a Hampton Inn . The staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast room was warm and inviting and breakfast was full of good choices and delicious. Our room was spacious , clean and up to date. I highly recommend this property!"
"They could’ve let people know that their pool and hot tub was under repairs. That’s why I paid to go there if I knew it I would’ve went somewhere else and then I had to wait for towels after check-in was a half hour late because they didn’t have the staff. They were shorthanded but the staff that was there it was very nice and thoughtful and everything was clean and I had a good breakfast, but I wanted to use the gym and the pool. That’s why I went there."
"Yes the hotel allows pets. They charge a 75 $ fee. Laundry service was excellent. The hotel is very clean and quiet and comfortable! They provide a free breakfast buffet as well. "
"Hotel was clean. Food is good. Pool isn’t bad, but pretty small.
My complaints are about the charges. The breakfast isn’t free, you have to pay. I thought this was a Continental breakfast. My son has autism and there wasn’t any options for him. At least a a buffet, they have yogurt and toast and peanut butter.
Also, they charge you $5/day for parking. Also, they shut our room key cards off about 20-30 minutes before check out. We left the kids swim before leaving, and when we tried to get back in the room to change, the key cards wouldn’t open the door. Since my son is autistic, he runs. So trying to hold him while we found someone to let us in the room, was stressful and unnecessarily inconvenient.
I’ve stayed at other Holiday Inns, this one was the worst experience. Go another couple minutes up or down the road and you’ll probably have a better experience.. "
