esperienza ottima a 360 gradi. Unico neo il B&B aveva interrotto per motivi personali, i contatti con Expedia anche se Expedia continuava a pubblicizzare e prenotare il B&B come nel mio caso.Pertanto quando sono arrivato e ho presentato la prenotazione che avevo stampato, per me non era stata riservata alcuna camera.Grazie alla disponibilità e cortesia dei titolari ho potuto ugualmente soggiornare.Expedia di queste problematiche deve tenerne conto ed eventualmente avvertire sia i clienti che i titolari.

The worst experience possible.

The worst service I have ever received at a hotel in my life.On arrival they kept me waiting in reception for 25 minutes without explanation.The room they tried to put me in was about 6 sq. m. whereas the room I had booked was 40 sq. m. When I checked my emails later I found they had sent me an email that my morning saying the booking had been cancelled because the electricity was not working.The booking had been made through Expedia- it had been confirmed and paid for.They had obviously lied hoping I would not show and they would pocket the money for nothing.The booking came with breakfast included- it was cheap,nasty and inadequate.
