The breakfast buffet was really good (only thing missing was a really great coffee). "Very spacious apartment. None of the furniture seemed worn-down, despite having an older style. There is only A/C in the bedroom, which is not a problem if you are not staying in the apartment during the day. The bathroom was also spacious, shower pressure was great. The toilet did not flush well. My room was located on the street where there were some small clubs. The music woke me up every night around 4am unless I wore earplugs and played white noise. I stayed in the small annex building, so...

"Hi have to recommend. This place even if is for one night .
We stayed for two nights and was enough as we were not prepared for trekking and this is the main attraction to the area.
The pros: great spa, the restaurant team good food(make sure you book the half board option) not much around to go for dinner
And the views. Ask for room with view
The con: I think reception staff could have been trained better. The guy doing the check in was not interested at all, unlike the F&B team who were great and providing a friendly service, this was not the cas EOF reception
The hotel rooms need a bit of updating, see photo shower and hairdryer.

"I have stayed many times at this delightful, traditional hotel, never to be disappointed with Casa de los Camellos. It is comfortable, secure and quiet.
Breakfast is extremely good, with a choice of fresh food, coffee, tea and fruit juice.
The employees at the hotel are friendly, professional and extremely helpful.
I am grateful to them all for making my stay such a pleasant experience again."
"Nice hotel with a lovely big room and a great view. Very clean and modern on top floor. Breakfast good and evening meal was good value. Only down side was that on our stay they were doing renovations and there was no electricity from 10am till 4pm. But l guess it will all be fixed and hotel refurbished soon. "
