Modern design, staff is courteous. It has the potential to do a lot better.
Cleanliness needs improvement, there was hair on the floor and bedsheets had stains. One of the pillows were torn. No hairdryer in the entire hotel, bottled water not supplied in rooms. Shower temperature and pressure is ok but water splashes out of shower area to the rest of the bathroom. Toilet bowl flush is so intense that water splashes out of it.
Note that monkeys may visit the balcony in the middle of the night to sleep. They were cute and not hostile but startled me and left a mess in the morning.

Best place to stay- Beautiful ambience, Amazing location. Direct access to triveni ghat. Hotel staff is good, very helpful. Cafe serves good food!
