Our flight got cancelled and we couldn’t make the first night at the hotel (booked for two nights). We booked through expedia and the hotel manager went out of his way to reimburse the first night, although it was non-refundable. The hotel was very understanding and empathetic towards us. We got our money back within 2 days, all thanks to the manager. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to travel to Bolzano. This hotel also offers the most convenient location and a rooftop restaurant where you can have an amazing breakfast with a breathtaking view of Bolzano town center. The room and the amenities are new and modern. We will no doubt to stay again if we go back to Bolzano."

"We were greeted by very friendly staff and due to the heatwave we were automatically moved to a lower level big room to ensure our comfort. The ambiance of the hotel is lovely and so is its history. We received a free voucher to the town pool which was a nice surprise. My biggest reason to pick this hotel was its location, could not ask for a better location when traveling alone with one child, one feels safe. The hotel also included a big breakfast with plenty of choices. Sauna/wellness area is also pleasant and so is the gym, small but caters to all needs. Highly recommend."
