"Rooms were relatively clean, but our bath shower had moisture and mold at the bottom corners Game / TV / Breakfast Common room was good, but did close nightly at 10:00 pm because rooms are above. No pool or hot tub. Hot tub would be a huge bonus. Hecklers comedy / night club is right across the road. Breakfast was basic and did the job. Endless special coffees were a definite bonus and much appreciated. Would stay there again :)"

"Loved this hotel. Great location, clean, friendly staff. The breakfast isn’t free but we still ate at the Fathom restaurant twice and had great breakfasts both days. Will definitely stay again. "

"Initially we didn’t have the room ready on time (4pm). The room we eventually got was below our expectations for a Fairmont. But the manager took note of that and replaced it with probably one of the best rooms they had. "
