Residenza Alto Garda has it all: fantastic comfort in the room, some of the best bed+mattress+pillow combination, superb shower, great AC system. Next to that, the apartments have the absolute best location in the city: just minutes away from the beach and the city centre.

Paulo was an amazing host! Gave us dinner recommendations as well as answering any questions we had. Pillows should be upgraded, way too flat. Washer and dryer with complementary detergent was great.

Wir hatten ein Appartement in der dritten Etage, welches mit Aufzug erreichbar war. Leider war die Decke des Bades und die Dusche total verschimmelt und stockig. Die Küche war schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren gut. Bis auf das Bad waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Nur zu empfehlen!!!!!!

Einfach nur zu empfehlen. Top Lage, super tolles Appartment und super Empfang bei der Anreise. Das Appartement ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Wer gerne aus dem Fenster schaut sollte sich ein Appartment ohne Loggia nehmen. Bei unserem Appartement konnte man im Stehen leider nicht aus dem Fenster schauen. Die Matratzen könnten etwas weicher sein, aber auch das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Es gab sogar bei unserem Aufenthalt von 6 Nächten eine Reinigung mit Wäschewechsel. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich direkt gegenüber und die Fußgängerzone ist nur ein Steinwurf entfernt.

Great modern place to stay in Riva

We were one of the first guests in the Residenza Alto Garda so everything was brand new and very nicely furnished. The apartments are spacious, modern and clean. Location is few minutes walking from the beach and few steps away from the Riva promenade/historic center. There is parking just outside the building. There are also other extras as bike storage, ping pong table, game room, outside chill-out terrace etc. Definetely one of the nicest places we've been to recently.
