"I was so impressed with The Hotel at Arundel Preserve from start to end! We were only there one night for an early flight out of Baltimore airport. It's a beautiful, clean property. Everyone was so nice. The front desk was very welcoming and friendly with an easy check-in. We ate dinner at the restaurant inhouse and it was delicious with great service. Early morning check-out was a breeze, and the two shuttle drivers we encountered were both so friendly and professional.
And then the best part (which could have turned out really bad) -- I left my diamond necklace & earrings on the desk in our room, not realizing it until we had flown home. I called the hotel, they had housekeeping immediately follow up with me. They found it and sent it back to me! So appreciative of housekeeping for helping me get these cherished items back.
I will absolutely stay here again!"
"The upgrade has been great. I don't like the fact you have to leave your room to warm your food up. My view could have been better if the tree was removed. Room was great but they hadn't swept under the couch in awhile. Bed was comfy. The amenities and the food selection from the different restaurants was awesome. CBQ my favorite. Everything is within talking distance. Im not a gambler came to relax and that's what I did."
"I arrived late following a long-distance sailboat race across the Chesapeake Bay. “Nick” was managing the front desk. He was polite, efficient, friendly, and professional. He offered me the best room the hotel had available at my price, and guaranteed I would have a good night’s rest. He was 100% correct. The room was clean and comfortable, and more importantly it was quiet. Check out was easy the next morning."
"I wish I could give half stars because this place is really a 4.5 stars. First off this place was great, it is everything you need for a hotel. Great prices, friendly staff, very clean, very nice hotel.
Why I gave it 4 stars? The coffee machine was down for our first night, the jacuzzi was down for maintenance, the wifi went for maintenance lol so it was a little much but I know you can't always control those things. Another small thing, I also wish the TV's were smart TV's and I wish the rooms came with a microwave.
Overall great hotel, would stay here again."
