"The room itself was nice and the hotel is in a great location. The hotel amenities ARE NOT INCLUDED. Be aware that if you want to use the hot tub/pool/sauna, you must pay PER HOUR and by reservation. Depending on the time of day it cost 15-30 euro per person. This was unclear from the Expedia listing and the hotel’s website. Granted, the spa area is quite nice-we ended up paying for it. The staff on arrival was ambivalent at best. "This was a stunning hotel! The views are absolutely gorgeous! We were there two nights and the staff was very helpful and kind. We had the dinner one night and the other had a quick 5-10 minute drive to the nearby town. The dinner here was good and the views of the mountains outside was lovely. The breakfast was nice pastries, some meats, cereal, etc. We would happily come back to this hotel. Loved it!"

"The mountain view from our room was spectacular! The entire hotel had an elevated cozy feel to it with newly upgraded rooms and bathrooms. They offered a full breakfast with delicious options and even an afternoon snack with beautiful sandwiches and pastries- incredible. Diago had fine wine and drink options in the evening and made a great cafe latte macchiato! With respect to staff this hotel exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to assist us when our rental car broke down navigating the language barrier for us with the rental car carrier. They offered suggestions on where to eat, catch the bus, hike etc. Stay here! You won’t regret it!"
