"It’s always my go to hotel for early morning flights at JAX."

"This was our 4th time staying there, and we were very disappointed. Our reservation was for 3 nights but we checked-out after 1 night and went to another hotel. The room was very narrow. The beds creaked whenever a person shifted around on one. The webpage said that each room had a cofee/tea maker - the room did not. We will not be back."

"Breakfast appeared fresh. Staff polite and helpful. Clean room BUT - the shower floor was extremely slick!!! I had to constantly hold onto the bar in the shower to maintain my balance and even then, I was very afraid of falling!!! I had to straddle the outer edges of the shower floor to brace myself. ( just get a visual on that - funny to read about but not funny to experience). As much as I like the hotel and I would like to stay here again on my travels, but I don’t know if I will because of the issue with the dangerous shower. It’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. This should not be the case in a hotel of this caliber. I’m very disappointed. In addition, the shower door would not close securely, so water ran out onto the floor that I then needed to wipe up."

"All of the staff we encountered were very nice. Breakfast was fine. The hot tub was filthy and pool probably needed some attention. Everything else was fine. I like the large size rooms. "

"The location was close to stores and places to eat. The staff was very friendly. The room was no frills but clean and nice. Very affordable. Enjoyed it with my family. "
