"Easy check-in, friendly staff, and a clean room. Temperature control was tricky and the room felt a bit humid. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Laundry is available ($1.50 per cycle), but limited machines and dryers take two cycles. Convenient location with Walmart and CVS/Walgreens nearby. Overall, a good stay—I would recommend."

"100% recommend this hotel ( and I'm pretty picky). Well lit parking lot. Knowledgeable front desk staff. Clean, comfortable room with working temperature control , refrigerator, tv. Linens and bed very nice. Bathroom spotless. Shower amenities an added bonus. Breakfast beyond what I expected for an "included " with the room. To sum it up excellent addition to complete my stay. "

"Clean room, the most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve had staying at a hotel. Beautiful hotel and the staff was very polite and helpful. They sent me a text each day that I stayed there to make sure everything was OK and if there was anything I needed the pool was wonderful and the restaurant at the hotel, the food was great no complaints and the staff was very polite. Plenty of shops and restaurants walking distance and nightly events to do. I would stay there again. If I’m in that area, let’s not forget the cookies they have available just asked Front Desk they are so good."

"The place looks nothing like the photos in Expedia. EVERYTHING is outdated, run down, or not operational. The hot tub had a sign saying it was shut down by the health department (not kidding). The beds were old and uncomfortably flat and lumpy. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls, and the painted surfaces are cracked or need repainting. There were giant stains on the hallway carpeting on several floors. The outside windows had green mildew on them. The kitchen had supplies, but no eating utensils. We got 2 towels and zero housekeeping during our stay. I could go on, but isn't that enough to NOT include them in any vacation package or hotel rental (except the lowest category, which I wouldn't even want to offer)? I don't think I'll ever consider an Expedia vacation package because it was a terrible property and experience."
