"We had booked what should have been an accessible room. When we got there we were told our rooms were on the 2nd floor with no elevator. When asked for a 1st floor room considering we had a person on our party who was wheelchair bound, they refused even though I was supposed to have an accessible room anyway. Building is run down and not very clean. Will not ever stay there again, and recommend others to not stay there either. "
"I was greeted by a very nice staff person . as I approached my room and was getting my stuff out of my car two very creepy old men were whistling and making gestures for me come to their car. It was creepy and gross. I walked up to my room which I shouldn’t have done but they watched me the whole way and stared at me cause I watched them through the window. I went to the front desk and they couldn’t help me cause the manager wasn’t there. I chose to leave immediately and get a different hotel. I went back and talked to the manager the next day and she was a bit dismissive and said she would need to review the cameras and then talk about issuing me a refund. I wasn’t happy. She said because they offered me solutions she wasn’t sure if she would be able to. I told her the solutions weren’t good enough. Her solutions were to move my room and or call the police. Either way the men would still know I was staying there and I felt like my safety was still not taken seriously. After reviewing the cameras she did decide to issue me a full refund. It should of never been a question in the first place.
The room was old. The couch in the room was dirty and the whole motel needs and upgrade. They need to advertise it as a motel and not a hotel inn and suites cause it’s nothing like that. When I looked at the pictures there were none of the actual outside of the motel rooms. I would never chose this hotel again and advise people to beware. It’s gross and dingy "
"It's a Motel 6 in a very small town, but the gal (Torey) at the front desk was determined that we have a good time, pointing out her favorite restaurants and stores in town. Not many to choose from, but she was enthusiastic and charming."
