"This is our go to hotel when there’s vacancy!! We’ve stayed at a few other local hotels and have not been pleased with our experience. The staff is very friendly and accommodating here. You can have grab and go breakfast if you like or eat in the dining room. It’s very close to shopping. They always have hot fresh coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby 24/7. "

"Clean, Comfortable & Excellent Service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed one night at The Knights Inn in Bridgeport, Michigan and had an absolutely great experience from the moment we walked in. We were warmly greeted by Franko at the front desk, who was incredibly kind, accommodating, and professional. He truly made us feel welcome and handled everything with ease and a smile. The first thing I noticed was how clean the lobby smelled, like fresh laundry! It was spotless, organized, and gave a great first impression. There’s also a small store on-site with snacks, drinks, and essentials, which was super convenient. We booked two rooms, and both were fresh, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were nice, and the overall room setup met all our needs. This is a standard hotel, but it stands out because of its cleanliness, safety, and the excellent service we received. The prices were very reasonable as well. Check-out was quick and easy, and Franko was there again, just as kind and helpful as when we arrived. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Thank you to Franko and the entire team for a fantastic experience. We will definitely stay here again!"
