"I found a cheaper rate for my room and was charged the highest rate at check in. I was also told by the desk clerk the wrong place to call for a refund for the cheaper reservation. It was warm in my room so I didn't pull back the covers on the bed. When I pulled them back the next day I found bed bugs. I scooped one up in a cup and took it to the front desk. They changed my room and I wanted to speak to the manager and was told they would be there in the morning. They were there and gone by 10 am and never contacted me. I also sent 2 emails about the bugs and never got a response. Since they ignored the bed bug problem they could have spread them through out the motel. "

"Great location. Nearby shopping areas are very convenient. Dunkin is tound the corner. Staff is also very courteous, specially their manager Hari went out if his way to accommodate our 2 days reservations."

"The main reason for giving this review the rating I did was due to cleanliness. It could been much cleaner. You could tell it isn’t being properly cleaned. That alone would increase my review. Also, the pool water wasn’t the best but seemed as if it got a lot of use that day as well. "

"When we checked in, after listening to the clerk argue with someone on the phone for 10 mins we were told our card declined and so we had to pay more money for a double room rather than a single. The room had no shampoo, conditioner, body wash or even hand soap in it. At least a trial size would have been nice. The beds sagged in the middle so it looked like you were going to fall through it. And even though the hotel has No Smoking signs everywhere the hallway REEKED of cigarettes all day and night and even seeped into the room. Someone was clearly smoking in the hallways. The staff were all very nice, the room was clean, but other than that this hotel was not worth the money paid. "

"The pool was not clean. It was cold. We ask if they can turn the heat of the pool on they say they were gonna ask the manager, but they never did. other than that everything was OK."
