"Absolutely loved the area around this hotel. Lenno is very peaceful and pretty and quiet. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. The mattresses were a little hard for me but everything else was just fine and great for the price"

"This place was more than 5 stars! We will be going back just because we loved it so much! It is a beautiful apartment with an amazing pool area and location is perfect! The people who run it are just as amazing!! They are so nice and very helpful. They set up our transportation to and from Milan and were always there to answer any questions. I’d give this place a 10!"

"Difficult to get ahold of the admin and unless I casually found the general admin of the building supervising the premises I wouldn’t have gotten ahold of the laundry door entry codes. Communication was poor. Too many info request to get the access code for day 1. Location is great. Places to eat, shop, visit and transportation incomparable "

"Beautiful l, spacious and comfortable apartment above Piazza Costello with a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore. Apartment is a bit difficult to locate. Parking is limited and distant. Once we arrived at the apartment, our trip was most enjoyable. "

"Unser Aufenthalt im Porto Letizia Apartment P16 war insgesamt sehr zufriedenstellend. Das Apartment selbst war sauber und modern eingerichtet, was uns sofort ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. Besonders praktisch war die Lage – nur 50 Meter bis zum Strand, was für uns ein großer Pluspunkt war. Auch die Parkplatzsituation war mehr als ausreichend, sodass wir uns keine Sorgen um einen Stellplatz machen mussten. "Spacious apartment just a block from the waterfront and convenient to the funicular to train station. Grocery store across the street. "

"Lovely little property in Lenno, excellent directions, clean apartment with comfortable bed. On the Greenway trail (walking path to ther towns). Very close to Lake Como, with boat stop in Lenno (limited service), much more options for ferries/water taxi just north in Cadenabbia. Only downside is you really need a car to get around (which we had); onsite parking is provided."

"Positives it was Close to restaurants, lakes, ferry. Negitives ,Didn't like the noise from the ferry, bars and road. Apartment itself was not very clean only one light worked in the living room, there was an electrical cable repaired with tape under the TV unit, the shower curtains had mold on, the shower head fell off every time you used it, the toilet was dirty, there was only one small light in the bathroom which was inadequate, there was a taped up wire hanging out the wall above the mirror...

"Nice apartment although a little out of town. Werent aware that we had to check in in the town centre so not great comms. Good value for money. Kitchen should include bottle opener."

"Really good location as it’s a 5 min walk from the train station also very close to the ferry. The room is on the smaller side but that’s expected in Varenna. The gentlemen at the reception was very helpful and they were able to accommodate for late check-in. I would recommend this spot and for the location and the value."

"I never write reviews but the staff was so amazing and helpful from the moment we walked in to our check out that I just had to write this review. I got my check out time confused and they were so nice about it, didn’t give me a hard time. They were even worry about us having breakfast or eating something before check out, the place is very clean and nice I would definitely return here if I come back to Italy. 10/10"

"We loved our stay at the Hotel Spendide Royal! It’s absolutely gorgeous hotel and the feeling of being there is very special. The staff were all top notch and showed care and a commitment to making you feel comfortable and happy. The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of variety and options. We will definitely come back and can’t recommend it enough."
