"Room ice cold with broken heater. Desk clerk unavailable until I called him to check in. We refused room because it was too cold (50 degrees) but he charged us $20 for a dog friendly room even though we didn’t stay there. Would not refund the $20. We went to a different hotel!"

"The staff was nice. Affordable lodging. There was pee on the floor from a previous pet, a funky odor to the room, the kick plate to front door of room wasnt secured and i triped on it. The sink vanity molding was also coming off and possible poop or food stuck to side of matress. This place wouldnt be bad if better attended. "
