"Great place to stay if planning g on hitting the American Dream Nickelodeon park or anything in Manhattan. Convenient location, great amenities and our go to place. Just spent our second year here and will always cone back here if I want to be close enough to new york city or met stadium."

The parking / valet situation is a big challenge - and need a lot of lead time to get your vehicle and plan accordingly. We had so much stuff due to a wedding that offsite or self park was a challenge."

Our lock on our door wouldn’t work properly, and none of the ice machines worked. The continental breakfast, which we normally love, was a disappointment. We would not stay again."

"Frig did not work remote for tv did not work only 2 towels and a hand towel no bath mat or washcloths. Had to pay for parking which was not mentioned. Hotel is under renovation s and was not told this. Terrible hotel for the cost."

"The rooms are cold and nice and the windows open up. Parking is $27 at the hotel go around to the parking garage it’s $18. We saw a roach. The plumbing is awful the water literally backs up so you’re standing in it. A lot of things are under maintenance at the moment. It’s a very nice sleep the beds are very comfortable! It’s only cable no smart tvs! But you get what you pay for! Overall a nice stay the staff was helpful but I’m 100% sure one of the housekeepers stole my good bombshell Victoria Secret bra!!!!"
