"We previously attempted to communicate directly with the property manager about our concerns, but didn’t receive any response. Below are the issues we experienced: During check-in, issues with the front door lock and access code after traveling 14+ hours and it being 100+ degrees outside (poor communication); Garbage left in guest bedroom dresser (McDonald’s cup with liquid); All nightstands dusty and dirty; Hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner bottles empty or nearly empty in guest...

Top Riverside Hotel Reviews

The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa

8/10 Good

"I only gave this a 4 star. I have been there before when it was a 5. It is under new management and found it very strange that a resort (who charges a resort fee) was totally out of washcloths. They were kind and offered extra hand towels, but come on, Amazon is a day away for those folks who asked for one (like me)) would have been happy to just have one. So, a 4, but a fabulous place to say the least!!"

Hampton Inn Riverside Downtown Convention Center

10/10 Excellent

"I had a great stay here! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was pleasant. Breakfast was a nice bonus, and parking was convenient. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay. I would definitely consider staying here again!"

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Moreno Valley

8/10 Good

"The hotel itself was nice and in a good place. Some of the staff was nice and others not so much. We arrived at the hotel 30 minutes early before check in and we were told we could not check in. We were in a big rush because our athletes had to be somewhere at a certain time. Then as we were ready to leave with about ten minutes left they gave us some rooms. Anyway just not great customer service. Although the young lady did her best. Then we asked for a late check out we’re told we needed to reach out and check with the front desk early in the morning. I reached out and we had 5 rooms and we only needed one or two for the athletes to shower before we hit the road. Not sympathy what’s so ever just a straight no. Then at check out they could not print out just a basic receipt and I couldn’t wait I had to leave. All in all good hotel and might stay again if need be but just not anything to brag about with the customer service. Not willing to go that little extra inch not even a mile."
