Started off well and then disappointment
Hotel is nice and clean. I loved having a refrigerator and stove in the room. I would have to agree with others on the parking fee being unjustified. The hotel is inside of a very large shopping center and there’s plenty of parking all around yet there’s a parking fee to park in a public space. Breakfast was served from 7:30-9:00 if I remember correctly. By the time I went downstairs with my daughters there were 3 sausage patties left, 3 English muffins and a few slices of bread and yogurts. I asked if they would be putting more food out and they said they were out of food. Only thing that made this hotel worth my stay was the location. Other than that, I more than likely wouldn’t stay here again. The “free” breakfast wasn’t worth it and the parking fee was the deal breaker.

Booked last minute and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the kitchen was great to have. Couch bed wasnt the most comfortable but it was decent.

Stayed here for 3 days, I had a course to complete nearby so this was a close convenient stay. They had hot breakfast every morning, friendly staff and most importantly a very clean relaxing room. Bed and pillows were super comfy( I’m super picky w/pillows). Shower had perfect water pressure! Kitchenette came in very handy to prep my lunch for class as well. The only turn off was the $10.00 per day parking, it’s not like they have a private garage or anything you just park around the hotel where people park to go to the surrounding businesses, so I guess that’s my only gripe. Other than that, I would recommend for a comfortable room.

Very dated, kitchen light did not work, they did not come in and clean one time over a 5 day stay, we asked multiple times. The toilet did not flush with out opening the lid on the back to make flush. The size of the penthouse is very nice though specially for a large family of 6.

Least desirable RESIDENCE INN BY MARRIOTT hotel
Where to start… Hotel is being renovated. Nowhere was this listed/shown prior to booking. Amenities were mostly unusable. No propane for advertised fire pit. Couldn’t sit on outside patio after 9pm on Friday due to “quiet time” in a mostly empty hotel. Pool closed. Basketball court closed. The seal around our toilet was inefficiently sealed with caulking and began spilling contaminated sewage water onto our carpet and bathroom floor. We contacted the front desk , 5min later a man knocked at our door and handed us a plunger. Ummm???!! We call front desk again, a maintenance man responds quickly telling us it will take HOURS to fix - the hotel is under construction and most rooms need work/renovation. We would need to contact the front desk to move. Ok fine. I ask the front desk can we PLEASE have a room with 2 beds (we had our two teenagers with us) and or a discount due to the inconvenience and was told simply NO SORRY. We traveled 7 hours by car and just wanted to enjoy a comfortable safe stay. We were short on linens and amenities. I was hopeful for breakfast the next day and that also fell short. The “continental “ breakfast was under supplied and I was told verbally by staff they couldn’t make additional eggs because breakfast was over in 30minutes. The ridiculous was exhausting. Your entire job is HOSPITALITY. It was our family’s worst travel stay to date

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was very clean and nice, they are renovating which is great but that’s the only reason I gave 4 stars in some areas but could get to my room easily. I like that it’s situated in a corporate business park. Convenient location to freeway.

Worse Room Ever
This location is in dire need of renovations. We were told at check in that renovations were starting over the weekend. At exactly 5:30am on Saturday there were LOUD noises. Bangs and booms and truck sounds. The couch had stains everywhere and was completely sunk. I wouldn’t and didn’t allow myself or my daughter to sit there or place bags on it. It was DISGUSTING! The chairs at the table were peeling and old. They looked like they were taken out the dumpster. The wall by the toilet was nasty. The floors/carpet had stains and ripples. The bed was hard. The curtains were hanging off. By far the worse room I’ve ever stayed in anywhere. There’s no reason why you all should’ve let those room get in such disparity before doing renovations.

Very nice hotel with great customer service. Room is spacious and clean with several amenities. Hotel location is also convenient, right off the freeway and close to a couple of restaurants and gas station. The area is also very quiet.

Our room was very nice and spacious! The bed was very comfortable and slept so good. No complaints, except for the fire alarm our last night of our stay. Luckily nothing too bad, just someone cooking something in the microwave that started smoking. Overall a lovely stay!

The staff were very friendly. The rooms and facilities were functional but some areas are outdated. Bathroom walls and door frames need to be cleaned more thoroughly. Bed and pillows were comfortable and area was quiet. Breakfast may run out if you come in during the later hour. Still great though because overall, we had a comfortable stay.
