"Didn’t feel like the Mission Inn, felt like a Holiday Inn. Check in was fine, then it began. Walked in our room, all was good, turned the water on for a shower and we had two choices, scalding hot, or increasingly cold. Tried for 20 minutes to adjust the temps up and down….couldn’t stand under the water. Then our turndown service was never done for two days, so I went to the front desk, asked if the service could be done for our room (gave the name of the person cleaning the room directly next to ours to make it easier); front desk said no problem, she would contact and have it handled. returned later that evening and the room hadn’t been touched. Had to go to the pool area for fresh towels. I’ve been staying here almost every time I need a room in Riverside (15years), and I’m sorry to say I think it’s the last. Very disappointed Management…"
