"Beautiful room, bed was the largest we’ve ever slept in and so comfortable, nice shower and excellent hot drinks including hot chocolate which you don’t normally find, breakfast was excellent, we also had a sandwich and fries when we arrived as we were feeling peckish and this was also of very high standard, the staff was really friendly and helpful"

"The room was really dated. It was slanted at the top so I kept banging my head. Additionally, the place didn't look like it had been maintained. The water pressure was really low. The worst part is when the toilet was flushed there was a smell which traveled into the room.(On suite).That being said, the staff were really friendly and helpful. They also came in to clean the room and replaced the amenities which was appreciated."
