Unbeatable value

Very clean bedding and bathroom. Window AC works strong (note that the thermostat on the wall is for the heater, not the AC). Excellent value for the price!

The receptionist is a delightful elderly Indian man who struggles a bit with English as a second language. He is a positive person who will get it right. We stayed twice there on a round trip and we would do so again.

Wouldn't stay again.

We booked here because they had 3 beds and a decent price, but the room was dark and dingy. Killed 2 bugs. The owner seemed nice but took a while to check in. We have stayed in nicer places for the same price. Wouldn't stay again.

The motel is undergoing renovation and should be better soon. It is an old style motel where you can drive up to your room. But the walls are rather thin so that you can hear noises from adjoining rooms. But very good and convenient for the price

The room was clean, except that i dropped my phone charger and it bounced under the bed. Attention to detail was lacking.

Beware of Hotels.com and Paint brush.

The room was old , run down, stains in the tub and dog poop on the floor. We had indigent families living on either side of us, cooking outside on hotpates. Hotel’s.com rated this motel an 8. Very good. I’ve lost all confidence in Hotels.com. I will be using a different site to book my next reservation. I would sooner have stayed in a sheep camp.

I read the reviews that said this was a nice hotel, I would disagree. Being a single woman here for a conference I felt very unsafe with my surroundings. The room itself was ok, there was a stain on the bedspread, paint peeling on the walls, I’m not sure the bathtub would’ve drained if I tried to shower, and I found stuff left behind by a previous person. Will not stay here again.

It's clean. Well taken care of. HATE the early 10am check out time. Hate that management knocks on doors around 9am to wake people up. Had a maid accidentally walk in on me around 930 thinking room was empty. Everyone is pleasant.

I didn't pay much so I didn't expect or get much. Grounds dirty. Not terrible but not appealing in any way. Flies and bugs room. AC struggling despite it wasn't terribly hot. Office reeked of curry. Staff was nice and accommodating. Not nearly parking. Old appliances. 2 broken or about to break lamps. Loud bathroom vent. Claims to remodeling but there's no evidence of any. I didn't want to not pay much and that's what I got. Regardless I paid too much.
