Tub drain dirty full of hair. Had to unplug it myself. Saved the dirty hairy and muck I pulled out. Put it in a bab to show management. Left it at front desk to have management call me. They never did ... No manager ever called me to apologize. The room was not vacuumed. Found what looked to be dog food at corners of the room and under bed. Sheets had long brown black hair in them nasty

There were so many things! The parking lot had about 4 broken down cars in it. The hallways were dirty and stinky, the elevator stunk worse. The 3rd floor stunk bad enough you had to plug your nose! (we stayed for 3 days and it never smelled any better). The floor was tacky and dirty to your bare feet, the toilet plugged (apparently it happens a lot according to an extended stay lady who commented when I went to report it). Their solution was to hand me a plunger to take care of it myself. Bed hard and metal(noisy every time you rolled over), walls thin, dogs barking, you name it. DO NOT recommend.

I thought since this place was newer it would be better. The room was filthy, there was hair all over the blankets, sheets, and pillows in the bed. The floor was so filthy and had dead bugs. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. I just needed a place to stay and I couldn’t get a refund.

The room was clean except for the hair on the inside of the sheets. No do not disturb sign to hang, but the staff came around knocking on doors hours before checkout. The walls are so thin that you can't tell if it's your door or not. I get a hotel room to sleep in and didn't appreciate being woken up. They have 'free wifi'. No password, just connect, but zero service. It said it had full service, but there wasn't enough speed to even load email or a map. The full size fridge and sink is nice, but there were no hand towels for it or the bathroom, just 2 washcloths and 2 towels. Check-in was easy, but they weren't helpful. Didn't even tell us where the elevator or our room was, much less an ice machine, check out time, etc. It was fine for the price and just to sleep, but i wouldn't stay again.

I don’t ever leave reviews and really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt from seeing all the reviews. This place was icky. It smells horrible. Like stale weed and sewer. The staff was super rude and unhelpful. Beds were awful. Not cozy in the slightest. Couldn’t wait to get out of there this morning. That being said… it was cheap and fine for an over night but I would not have wanted to stay any longer.
