Very basic room-quite small and nothing fancy. Clean. Very nice balcony with lovely view of expansive lawn leading down to the river. Not a walkable area but restaurants and cafes nearby. No sign of the free coffee and muffins that are advertised. Would probably look for a different place next time.

The coffee is in the room and the muffins also, if there was something missing we would have appreciated you coming to see us in the morning. In the evening i am sorry we do not have anyone at the reception due to shortage of employees, as explained when we called to advise you of the keys. There is always someone here as of 8 AM. Sorry about the inconvienences.

The units at this motel are referred to as ‘chalets’. They are more like shacks. Basically a small uncomfortable bed with cheap sheets and a table and chairs. The bathroom tiny. The grounds are beautiful but the actual accommodation minimal. I would never return to this ‘motel’.

A great tiny house stay!
The little cabin #27 exceeded our expectations with an outfitted kitchen. Effortless check-in, large windows for cross breeze, kitchenette table and chairs. Large property and close walk to stores. The only thing that we would suggest is more horizontal surfaces and hooks to put your suitcases and "stuff". We will definitely return here when we're back in the area.

Everything was very nice, excellent location. I would like them to invest in some mosquito buzzers, such a beautiful view, but so difficult to enjoy it if you are swatting the little blood suckers. Really worth the stay, would do it again (with bug spray, this time) should I make my way back through there. Well done!

Nice gem of a cabin
Great little cabin to stay in while we were passing through. Si nice to have a kitchen that was sto ked with everything we needed. Great park for all to enjoy, including kids and puppies. Lovely staff member to check us in.

We were so looking forward to staying here after looking at the dreamy pictures! The pictures on the website do not represent the chalet that we got in any way. It was VERY small, the floor was slanted, the furniture was so old and worn, there was animal hair on the dining table mats and the dishes had food caked on them in the cupboard. Our TV faced the bedroom door and a weird rocking chair. For soap in the bathroom, we had a soap bottle that looked like it had been refilled 82 times and was dirty itself. I felt like I needed to wash my hands after washing my hands. The view is really pretty from the lawn and the man that checked us in was very friendly. Those were positives. That said, we were really disappointed in every other way. We expected better for $200 a night. There are other hotels on the same street that we will stay at next time. For what we paid and for what the pictures represented online, we were so disappointed.

We were expecting a basic double room ( all that was available at the time). We were very happy to discover that our basic room came with a private deck overlooking the St. Lawrence River with a beautiful sunset! Very clean room and a beautiful property! Would definitely stay here again!
