This was by far the BEST hotel I’ve visited, and I’ve been to hotels in 31 different countries. I got an upgrade to the Double Tree, which was much appreciated. The best aspect of this hotel was the staff. The reception staff were Fantastic! A big thank you to the members, Sultan (the one I think looks like the Prince of Saudi) both him and Meshari gave me great advice of places to visit and eat, all great locations. Thank you so much for the hospitality. The other staff members Abdulaziz and Amnah are a great credit to the team. Being the first interaction with members of the country after leaving the airport, these staff members are great representatives of the country and condition you to the positivity of the rest of the people in the country. A huge thank you, all my social media posts were about the great hospitality I experienced in this Hilton Breakfast was amazing, the room was great and the view over Riyadh was perfect. The gym was good I used it daily. I wish I had stayed longer, but I’ll be back end of this year. I’ve advised all my friends and work colleagues to visit this hotel. Once again, thank you to the team for the great hospitality in the beautiful hotel. Keep up the good work and see you soon.

Almost every thing is fun, just don’t why they don’t allow any foreigner to stay at hobby lobby resting area. So my suggestion is, if you are a local people, it’s a really good hotel, but not for any foreigner

the process of check in was fast. the room was clean and in a good condition. the view was nice from the 14th floor. it is connected to the double tree hilton. you can visit the indoor pool there.

Worst Ever

01- Upon check in my room was not available and they give me handicap room and free voucher of breakfast. 02 Parking area was closed due to the gate was not working, I had to park my car on the street. 03 I request late checkout, they give me until 1300, at 1230 Shrooq from front desk called me to take the room, I was in the meeting and I ask her to check me out and to take my bag. 04 They put in my car different bag and when I arrive at the airport, I found that the hotel put different bag and I had to return back to the hotel and I change my flight to 2300 instead of 2100 From your experience with me, I don't complain, but this experience was the worst ever and I will never ever book this hotel

The view of the room is breathtaking but there’s no car parking service and there’s only one or two persons for the all hotel to help with luggage, the room was poorly cleaned when we arrived the bathroom was a disaster. The employees at the reception were very helpful and very polite.

Very good place with very bad employees

The employees are very ruod and arrogant and helpless, from the reception to the room service, more than 40 minutes on the reception with wrong room and start over again, the room service not answering the phone and if they do they will not do anything, the breakfast is bad and the waiters not skilled at all.
