The executive lounge was very nice to have for snacks during the day after sightseeing, the location next to the Kingdom Tower was also very nice and central. The staff was extremely friendly, the only downside was that there was no mixed gender use for the pool, but that is to be expected for the country. The breakfast was amazing and probably the best I’ve ever seen in the hotel.

The hotel is a great place to stay in Rhiyadh. It exceeded our expectations. We had an Executive room on the 20th floor with amazing view. The staff everywhere is outstanding (reception, restaurant, spa). The breakfast doesn’t leave any wishes open (greetings to our Greek friend - the omelette Greek style was straight out of heaven). The ambience is modern and tasteful, and there is a lovely smell in the hotel. Location is great, Kingdom Center is right on the opposite side. Can’t recommend it enough, we will be back!

My stay at Hilton was simply incredible! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. A special shout-out to Fahed Al Metry at the front desk, who made check-in a breeze and ensured I had everything I needed. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The level of service throughout my stay was flawless, with staff always ready to assist with a smile. The amenities were top-notch, and the dining experience was fantastic. Overall, an unforgettable stay filled with luxury and warmth. I can’t wait to return!

One person only at front desk, always a long line and wait. No do not disturb signs on room doors. Rooms have very loud aircons or something that creates a loud buzzing noise 24/7, and nothing can be done. Rooms are overpriced for these issues.

There is automatic AC based on movement in the room. If you sleep the AC goes off. Doesn’t make any sense. Also there is so many panels with the different buttons and they all shine so much in the night. This is when too much funky automation and technology does the opposite to a customer experience than what’s intended
