"This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in anywhere else. At my arrival to hotel, the receptionist informed me that their system doesn't show my reservation. I showed him the proof of my booking and the payment but he didn't allow me to have a room without paying him in cash. As they don't accept credit cards.I wasted long time trying to explain to him but he was not cooperating. Eventually I paid for the 2 nights without getting a refund of the money I've already paid.
