"We have been staying here for years and slowly watching the hotel go down hill with hopes they would catch up. Same breakfast being served 8 years later, every morning with no change. Sauna still doesn’t work. Hot tub being cleaned when it should be opened instead of ahead of time, making it unusable. Broken ice machine. Unfriendly staff. A quarter roll of toilet paper with no back up. Yet you took the time to buy check in iPads for the front desk. Definitely coming off the list of places we say."

"We LOVE going to Sailor Jacks .It's our FAVORITE place on the coast. Owner has integrity, wonderful people who care. Rooms are comfy and tastefully decorated. We have stayed in many different rooms, some with full kitchens. ALL beautiful views. No breakfast advertised, but they offer a few baked goods. Plenty of coffee pods in the room. Have NEVER been disappointed. Thank you !"

"Our room was cold the whole time as we had a broken heater they did not replace or have fixed right away when we discovered it. Also, they knew our room had a problem with the circuits popping and we lost power twice! If this room had so many problems guest should have never been put I. It. I think we should have been moved to a new room or given a refund as we had to endure these things for the weekend as we could not get smoother room elsewhere. And we should not have had to either. We will never go here again the stay was terrible and miserable as we were cold the entire time. "

"This was an okay hotel. The staff were great and went above and beyond to move us to a different room when the frame on the bed broke when we put our bags on it to unpack. They moved us to another room. The place just needs some updates. The beds in both rooms felt like hideabed mattresses and were not comfortable at all. The breakfast was okay Sunday when they offered eggs and sausage to go with your carb options but on Monday they only had one waffle maker and cold cereal for breakfast with coffee and fruit. It just wasn’t exactly what I would call a continental breakfast. The hotel rooms were big which was nice so you didn’t hear other people but the furniture in the rooms and beds need upgrades. "

"Great location with fantastic views off our patio. We had a dog friendly room and were greeted with a goodie bag for our pup and a follow up call to make sure the room met our needs. Loved the fire pit area and hot and cold food continental breakfast was definitely a perk. The stairs to the beach our tricky. I would recommend walking over the public beach a few blocks away for easier access. "
