The cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at
So impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. Our room was SPOTLESS and had all the usual amenities plus some. It was very spacious. Pam was helpful and welcoming. Our suite even had an extra fabulous tv/media set up; we always bring our firestick from home so we can watch our own streaming services, but their options were endless and we never even needed it. I booked this thinking the rave reviews must be too good to be true, especially at the price we paid, but I agree that it's the bees knees!

An Unexpected Gem
We booked this stay for a wedding, and I was rather nervous because my experience with motel-style accommodations isn’t the best. The owner helped us get our keys indirectly by texting me herself - a very appreciated accommodation, given that we were late for the scheduled checkin. The room included a small kitchen and living area, and although we didn’t use those rooms, we appreciated that there was an option to cook a meal with provided utensils. The bed was very soft and firm, the bathroom was small but incredibly clean, and the area is quiet and scenic. This is a very low-price hotel, and I assume it is independently owned - the property manager clearly cares a lot about her customers. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely consider coming here first if I am ever in the area.

My family will be moving to Roanoke at the end of May and my main objective was to find a place for us to land. I was able to use the convenient location and great facilities (the bed was refreshing when you think of hotel beds, I got some good sleep) of ASC to attain a new residence for me and my family to move directly into. Pam was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. The suite was SO inviting, homey, and comfortable that I was sorry to leave! Location was also outstanding: close to every possible amenity, yet quiet and peaceful. And the rate was very reasonable! I would very gladly stay here again :)

A surprise awaits.
The room was surprisingly wonderful, as it's a bit of a tardis considering the outside appearance. Hosts are very thoughtful with supplied amenities. The walls are a tad thin, but as long as you have considerate neighbors, you can't possibly beat these accommodations. Well Done!

I did not know what to expect being that was not a National chain, that I was aware of. We very very pleasantly surprised. Our room looked newly renovated and perfect for what we needed it for. It was clean and cozy. It looked as if we were first ones to use the room. It felt that clean. Shower/bathroom was immaculate. Bed was so comfortable, I didn’t want to get out of it. I would definitely recommend for longer stays.

I picked this place based on cost, reviews, and location to the Blue Ridge Pkwy. I was very pleased with the room. While we only stayed one nice, I would be very pleased to stay here for several nights. The place was clean, quiet, and roomy. The manager was pleasant and easy to work with.

The property is situated off the Main Street in a residential neighborhood which is fine but the office is not always staffed and the phone number only gives you an answering machine. The place is well kept, clean and has everything you need.

Pam, the woman at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Just a joy to chat with. The room was immaculate. Laminate, hard-wood floors were spotless, as was bed and bathroom. The bed was super comfy - haven't slept that well in months! So very pleased with this gem of a find, and will certainly be back!
