"I have been traveling the country and comfort inn presidential is the bees knees! It is a nice clean hotel as expected but what sets it apart is the staff. The early daytime front desk ladies were awesome I was welcomed as family is was an experience that I haven't found often in my travels. The breakfast staff was setting up early and they were all friendly and receptive it was a great experience. I hope everyone gets to feel the happiness I feel right now because of perfect strangers doing there job with the joy and light that God provides us and so few people these days choose to share with others but when they do it makes the world a better place. Thank you so much and I will definitely see you soon!! "

"I stayed here for the first time on New Year’s Eve due to its convenient location near a downtown event. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the room was spotless. One of the front desk team members even called my room about 20 minutes after check-in to ensure everything was satisfactory, which was a thoughtful touch. The thermostat easily switched between heat and A/C, and the shower was hot, which was much appreciated after a long drive. The mattress and pillows were also very comfortable. I didn’t have the hotel breakfast the next morning, so I can’t comment on that, but everything else about my stay was absolutely wonderful. Thank you for such an enjoyable experience!"

"The size, and layout of the room, the view, the bedding, and the cleanliness. The modern day amenities, although it would be nice if the TV had AirPlay capability. Not everyone carries an HDMI and the adapter around. "

"This hotel is well run by a very courteous staff, who are always willing and able to attend to their guests' needs. I felt welcome and appreciated and was treated accordingly. Special thanks to their lovely and talented bartender, Emmeline with her knockout smile and expert pours. She's extremely gracious, easy on the eyes and has an awesome sense of humor. One of the most surprising things to me is how this little spot isn't more popular with the local crowd, with service like hers. Anyway, thanks for the comfortable stay. Next time I'm in Little Rock, I'll be sure to check in. "
