"The bathroom was not very clean. There was mildew around the sink and on shower head. The staff immediately addressed the situation. They assigned me another room which was much cleaner. They went out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. I will stay there the next time I’m in Tacloban City."
"It’s inexpensive, sure, but overall not worth it. I regret booking to ensured I was very tired when I get to the hotel so I won’t mind the condition. The towels are terrible which I ended up using as toilet floor matt and need to buy my own towel to feel a bit better. There’s molds in the room. The bedsheets are really thin and feels very cheap and dirty. Nobody cleaned the room in my almost one week stay. "
