"I’m not sure what happened to this place but it’s gone down pretty bad. The lady at the front desk who checked me in was nice but the other ladies at the desk were rude. The room was filthy. Dust all around the baseboards and lamps. It smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. I wasn’t comfortable even sleeping nor bathing in there. The elevator was broken the entire stay. It was a complete mess. The only good thing was breakfast. The buffet is very good and the staff in there were very helpful and nice. When this was a MGM property, it was not like this. I’m highly disappointed. I will never stay here again. A complete waste of $300 plus."

"The breakfast was very nice, and kept well stocked. Our nonsmoking room smelled like urine and our key cards had to be reprogrammed several times throughout our stay."

"Room was clean and paring was easy. We were able to walk to where the riverboats were for our tour. Beale street was about 6 blocks away and we walked that as well. The only issue was the elevators. There were two but only one was working and when we got back from Beale St that one wasn’t working and we were on the 14th floor. We had to adjust our parking situation so we only had 7 floors to walk up. Having said that the staff were all very friendly. "

"Off Beale so very convenient location. Expect noise from bands but earplugs provided! Great place to stay near all the action. Very, very safe and need key to get in at only one entrance! "

"Room is not cleaned every day. Which means no extra cups/ coffee for the next morning. Also we were only given 2 cups, creamers etc although they knew there were 3 people staying in the room. Everything else was very good "

"Liked the room,and shower . Staff from Hotel to restaurant and all in between were amazing, Polite and efficient with customer service. Lodge restaurant off the skyline elevators was not good food. Service was great but food was served raw salmon and raw steak. Not good."
