"Stayed in the Residence that is part of the Park Hotel in Zug. Good central location, 5 mins walk from the train station. Big room with a balcony, good shower, little / no aircon so a fan was in the room but it was quite noisy. Main point to note is that you need to check in at the Park Hotel next door to get your key - there wasn't any signage at the Residence to tell you this so be prepared. Overall good experience."

The breakfast was very good as was the dinner (maybe a little less salt) The staff, especially Pascal, the person serving dinner Sophia? and the person serving breakfast and at checkout (sorry didn’t get her name) were very helpful and friendly.     "The property was very well stocked: pots, pans, cutlery, wall plug adapter, umbrellas, toothbrushes, toothpaste and more. The only downside is that the floors do creak, so you hear the people above you. With that said, everyone seems to adhere to the 10pm quiet time so it was not much of a problem. I did not see a parking space so if you’re renting a car I would look further into that. Aside from that, no issues. Very close to the train station for transportation. "
