"Just what I wanted at a reasonable price. The sheets were clean and there was a microwave and small refrigerator. I parked my car right in front of the door. I did not see a mention of continental breakfast in the list of amenities, but there was coffee, juice, 2 cold cereals, toast, and packaged sweet buns."
"The whole building was disgusting. The front desk staff was nice. The lobby was full of people that looked strung out. Pool was closed and dirty. The carpet throughout the building was a disaster. The 2 rooms we stayed in were extremely dirty and had trash left over from previous tenants. The rooms were full of mold and the tv in one room didn’t work. There was mold around the air conditioners. Other guests were extremely loud, banging on walls, and running through the halls all night. The exterior doors that are supposed to be locked and require key card access to open are broken allowing anyone to come in and out as they please. The card readers and deadbolts on the room doors don’t work leaving your room easily accessible by anyone and everyone. The free breakfast was a complete joke. It was an absolute disaster and will not be staying again. I will spend the extra money and stay at nicer places."
"The hotel is in a very good location. My biggest issue was with the loud smell of moisture/mildew/ microbial growth in the room.
Didn’t pay much attention to it until I started sneezing and coughing.
After I got into the shower I could see where there was a ceiling leak(still active) that had mold coming through the ceiling along with water and the ceiling peeling off. The ceiling and damaged area in the room closet is also still wide open with no repair work done.
I went down to the front desk and was immediately moved without further issue. The young lady was very happy to help and I felt she acted with the needed urgency."
"The hotel towels were dirty and dingy. The blanks on the bed had hair on and made up in the bed. The carpet was not clean. I think that the only good part about the room that we were in was the hot water."
