the parking area was very secure especially the underground parking. The fitness center was open 24 hours which is fantastic! The facilities were new and clean and the staff were very helpful and kind.

This is a great hotel if your visiting the Victoria Pittsford area Bar area is fun Rooms are clean Some upgrades underway Elevator was a bit of an issue but they are making improvements

DoubleTree by Hilton Rochester
This property needs an entire makeover. Carpets were torn and filthy in the elevators. Hallway floor carpets were not cleaned. Room refrigerator was barely working. Wood surfaces were peeling. It rained while we were there and the lobby had three buckets to catch leaks. Cannot believe this is branded ...
