"The property is really beautiful and authentic with cave stay . It was an unforgettable experience for us on our anniversary day - they provided us with local wine, and special arrangement in the room with a fruit basket . We absolutely loved everything about the property like rooms with candles, sharing history about the hotel, the location is very central, restaurant in a cave setup was so stunning . We loved the cocktails, light bits there and not to forget a lavish breakfast spread was amazing !!

"O hotel é realmente uma experiência. Se hospedar dentro de uma caverna é algo único. O quarto era bem amplo e confortável, com ótimo chuveiro. Toda a equipe muito atenciosa, gentil e prestativa. "We had a great stay, all the staff were very polite and attentive, answered all our questions about the area and also very informative about the food and wines they were serving, we were very pleasantly with the service the location and the condition of the hotel, unfortunately we were not there long enough to sample the spa but did get a tour from the young lady at the spas reception who explained everything. A wonderful experience cant fault it."

"Erik and the rest of the staff were all very helpful and friendly. We felt at home and yet also felt like valued guests. Breakfast was vast and delicious. Our rooms were gorgeous and oversized. The location is convenient to see all of the beautiful historic center of Altamura. I had stayed here 20 years ago and had fond memories, I was not disappointed and hope to return much more quickly the next time!"
