"Very clean accommodation with friendly and helpful check-in staff. There’s also a pub located on the same property which was great for dinner after a later arrival. The bed and pillows were very comfy and other guests were very respectful and quiet. The property is well maintained, big outdoor space with barbecues, a pool and a hot tub. Would definitely stay again and recommend"

"Clean room, great staff, beautiful view of the lake and access to the beach! Perfect for a vacation. I think the property is well maintained its just old building so it doesn't look the best but honestly that doesnt matter to me much as I would definitely stay here again. The materis was a slightly uncomfortable for me but other than that! Its amazing!"

"I liked the Populars Motel and I think I was blessed to have stayed in the interim time between the seasons. Nicole was super helpful and had sufficient info for me. It was peaceful to be here. The lake was serene. My room (a 1 Bedroom suite) was at the Beach house, ground floor and was spacious and in great condition! I had no issue, only pleasant goings-on and I would be delighted to visit again. The Sage Pub and Liquor store is right across the street and another restaurant is just at the nearest intersection. Downtown Osoyoos is within walking distance, for me, anyways. Great property!"
