"If there had been somewhere else to go, I would have left. Many parents did find different accommodations. There was hair in the bed and towels hung on the back of the door. It was obviously not clean. Hair in the shower. Other parents found Kleenex in their bed.The staff was nice however they were often unavailable either by phone or standing in the main office for 15 to 20 minutes with nobody there."

"I was having a hard time breathing. Checked the Filters in the heat unit. Absolutely black. Dont worry i cleaned them so i could breathe. Stayed 2 nights with drunks in the hall til 2 am then babys screaming at 6 am. Was a nightmare. The pubes left in the shower were the icing on the cake"
