"I loved the historic building- upgraded with 21stC amenities of course- like electricity and an elevator. Bed was very cozy.
Bathroom window faced St. Mary's church and bedroom faced Capitol bldg. A short 2 block walk to a city owned parking garage, $24 for 24 hours. Not bad.
And the restaurants all close by.
I've been to Annapolis many times, but never overnight, so this was a great spot that my Lady absolutely adored!"
"Me and my husband went for a one year anniversary. Staying at the hilton was wonderful relaxing, everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The restaurants nearby were great. I love the view we'll be coming back again."
"Overall, my stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Annapolis had several strong positives, but also a few maintenance and safety concerns that should be addressed.
The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable — both the mattress and pillows made for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast at the Bistro was delicious, and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and welcoming. I also enjoyed the pool area, which was clean and pleasant.
That said, there were some issues that took away from the experience. I cut my finger on a broken elevator button, which definitely needs repair. The whirlpool jets were not working, so it functioned more like a hot tub than an actual whirlpool. More concerning, several of the side exit doors appeared to be broken: guests could enter from the outside, but could not exit from the inside. This was inconvenient, but more importantly, it seems like a potential fire code and safety issue.
With some attention to maintenance and safety, this could be a much better stay. The staff, cleanliness, comfortable room, breakfast, and pool area were all highlights, but the hotel should prioritize fixing the broken doors, elevator button, and whirlpool jets."
"We booked the executive king Jacuzzi room. The room was clean very spacious. The Jacuzzi was a little difficult to get into with the steps. They felt a little slippery. The shower was built into the Jacuzzi so there was no curtain and water did sprinkle everywhere which made the floor slippery. We were a little disappointed. The pool was out of order. The hot tub was out of order due to a maintenance thing and we weren’t told until we went down to go swimming. The pool was one of the main reasons why we booked that particular hotel the breakfast was great. The restaurant was good the convenience store I couldn’t find and I have no idea where the comedy club was.
If you drive there, there’s lots of restaurants and stores nearby. However, if you Uber or don’t have a car, we had to DoorDash anything we needed."
"It was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel was exceptional and the area has plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops to walk around and experience. Thank you!"
"Need to work on the customer service by assisting your customers when it needed it help at the front desk. Overall I love my stay at the hotel and looking forward to visit again. Thank you for your services."
