Passing through on a road trip. Great rooms, excellent breakfast, and friendly staff. The heated pool was a nice way to relax after a long day of driving.

Cleanliness was good. We asked twice for a new dish cloth for the kitchen to do dishes and was never brought one. The elevator on the west end of the building was not working, the whole time we were there so we had to trek all our gear from East to West. Lastly my wife’s personal laundry bag was taken when the room was straightened one day, had to call the front desk to make them aware and we got it back the next day. Other than that clean friendly hotel.

Everything was great! Clean, nice staff, wonderful breakfast. Sadly the deal breaker for me was the Queen bed which gave me back pain. Needs better more supportive mattresses.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite. Common area was large and window lit. Kitchen space had a full sized fridge and freezer. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Very spacious suite.

Highly recommend this property. Clean, comfortable room and friendly staff. Only complaint is the room we booked was not available. We are happy with the room we got jut not what we expected. Will definitely stay in the future.

We have had the most terrible experience at your hotel. The hotel room is disgusting, the first staff member we met was very rude and made it seem like we were a huge inconvenience to him. Today was the worst. We asked for maid service and stayed away from the room from 10-7. We stopped by the front desk on 3 occasions making sure the room would be cleaned. we returned to the room still not clean and requested our own garbage bag and towel from downstairs. This whole experience has been an added stress and terrible experience. I am requesting a refund for our time here since the room and experience was not worth the money spent. The quality was equal to what I would expect from a much cheaper hotel. The current lady working at the front desk was exceptionally kind and understanding to our frustration. Additionally, the bathroom door doesn’t shut correctly. If you shut it you have to put all your weight into it to open it because it sticks shut. We have 4 people staying in the room and received 2 towels, the bathtub faucet is falling off. The toilet was clogged when we got here and the guy downstairs had us come down to get a plunger to unclog it ourselves. The toilet seat is also loose. We contacted the manager with no response or plan to make things right. I look forward to hearing from someone to resolve these issues. We paid for 4 nights unfortunately and are staying 2 more nights.

I have looked into the situation and after some investigation it appears that this review is not for this property. Our staff is 97% female and the males that work at our property do not work front desk. We are sorry to hear that there was an issue with service or a room at any Hilton property as we strive to provide the best guest experience for our guests.

While this property is good for regular traveling and comfortable, the pet policy and relationship with Expedia was poor. We searched for pet-friendly properties and purchased through Expedia. When we arrived, we learned that their pet policy required seventy five dollars per night! We wanted to cancel, but then Expedia didn't allow us to cancel. This was a terrible surprise when all of us were traveling and on a budget. The staff also just blamed it on "3rd party booking sites". It appears that Expedia is charging hotel a lot of their services and then the hotel makes money on pet fees to make up for the costs that the Expedia takes away. I WOULDN'T stay here again for this reason. Both the Expedia and hotel should disclose the pet fee up front and Expedia needs to offer a cancellation policy for these circumstances. I will not book this way in the future.

If you go into the Expedia booking site and choose our hotel, either click on policies at the top of the page or scroll down to policies (just under room choices and comparisons) you will find that it clearly states our pet fee of 75.00 per stay and maximum of two pets. I again apologize for any confusion.

Great place to stay for a short or extended stay
Very easy and quick check-in. Front desk clerk was very professional and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Very accommodating. The breakfast was well rounded with lots of options and started our day off the right way. We have stayed here several times and will be back again.
