"Went to leave room on 3rd floor to three random men in hallway pounding on doors. 2 men on one end then one man on other end saying 313? After pounding on another door. The man who was pounding on the doors had a 6/8inch knife strapped to his belt as we are just trying to exit our room to take our 13 yr old son to the pool the night before his surgery. Could have possibly been nothing but somewhere we don’t know in a place we aren’t familiar with nor know these men it was a bitttt much!! The breakfast was ok and thankfully made it through he night to it the pool and spa were decent. Will not stay here ever again though. Over something that could have been caught by the front desk persons.we are not a snowflake family who whimpers at this type of thing but if another family were to be in there welp I’m sure it would have been more than an issue."

"The room was spotless, huge, comfortable and quiet. Great view of the river. I can't stress the cleanliness of the whole hotel enough. However, two things. The hotel is very very far from the parking garage. The other thing. I prepaid my entire hotel stay, and I was surprised at the front desk with a "resort fee." That was never mentioned in my reservation or receipt. There is no "resort" here. There is parking, but no pool, not tub, etc. etc. This is egregious. Never staying here again, despite all the other benefits. What a ripoff"
