"Check-in was easy, and quick. Room was clean. Whirlpool was closed.. it was fine until everyone got in their rooms. Kids were loud lots of thumping. Ceiling leaking in the main lobby. But other than that. All was good. Thanks for the stay!"

"The lobby and main floor restaurant and bar area, gorgeous. The rooms do not match up. Small. Dingy. The AC does not work. Room would not cool past 72. Was told the hotel was “historic” when complained. Was given a fan. "

"Breakfast was okay. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. However, I was disappointed when I contacted the hotel through Expedia. They did not answer my questions or address my concerns. I was charged more than the bill stated, and they haven't provided any explanation or response to my inquiries."

"Hotel is in a good central location near many of the main attractions. Room was spacious and clean. Nice bar downstairs, there is also a rooftop bar, but that is only open in after Easter in summer. Buffet breakfast is included and that makes it very good value. Hotel also has a gym/ Not too many amenities in the room though. "
