I booked 4 rooms for my family. Two of the rooms had to be changed as they had a horrible smell to them and possibly mold. The breakfast was ok. The pool wasn’t open so the kids didn’t get to enjoy it. A reason I booked here to begin with. I felt the price was a bit steep for what we experienced.

The pool was closed not that we wanted to use it. We stayed one night. The bathroom door got stuck on the floor a little way in so you couldn't open it fully so you had to carefully work your way between the tub and toilet to shut the door fully. The room smelled like mildew or mold but we couldn't figure out if it was due to the humid area or the hotel trying to update.

We reserved this hotel because it has a pool. When we got there the pool was completely empty. The room had a nasty smell. The hallways smelled like food. The covers had stains. Other than that rooms have air conditioning and clean rooms.

No pool and wouldn’t refund our stay. Website said the pool was open and our two younger children were extremely upset and it was the main reason for booking this hotel. Beds also had weird tar like stains. Would not recommend this hotel and will never stay here again. We left a day early due to poor service and poor experience. 0/10 hotel

I was not impressed when I walked up to the check in counter. Seemed old and dirty. Then the pool wasn't even available for use. So I asked if I was able to cancel since it wasn't officially my check in time and the gentleman said yes I was still able to cancel and get a refund. I doubled checked with him on the refund and he said I will receive a full refund. Ummmm yeah that didn't happen. This place was close to roach motel.

The guy working front counter lied about another hotel having its pool down too. They would not refund or cancel my booking. I would not recommend this place at all. We reserved this hotel because it advertised that it had a pool however when we arrived the pool was drained for maintenance. There was no mention of this on the website. The rooms had an odor to them, the hallways smelled of urine, and the headboard on the bed had obvious hand prints on it. The staff was nice however the building and rooms were not.

Booked with kids because there was a pool. Pool was broken. The room smelled horribly of smoke even though there is a sign saying you will get a fine for smoking. The tiles around the spa tub were cracked and broken. Some were just placed back into their spots and not secured and fell out without even touching them. The regular shower/tub had hair in it. One of the towels was filthy and had brown all over it. When calling the front desk the guy that answered was not helpful at all. Breakfast closed super early compared to other places. The price was cheap but I would recommend looking at others. We just happened to be in town on a tournament weekend and everything was booked up.

The hotel was horrible. First sign was totally white door cards-no hotel insignia, in a folded piece of paper. They had put carpet on top of carpet, tile on top of tile. We had to force the entry door open, force the bathroom door open. Top of toilet had been broken and glued back together, the flush handle was broken. You had to take the top off and pull the chain to flush. Couldn’t take a bath-sign said not to use any kind of plug. Tub filled with water the whole time we were showering. Not enough towels-thin towels. Carpet was filthy. I’m a barefoot person and my feet were black from walking on the carpet. I had to wash my feet before putting my shoes on. Maintenance, pride of space zero.

Entered property and lobby was fine. Staff person check us in and was very pleasant. Got to our room and it was awful. Stained sheets and bed comforter, unfinished ceiling work in bathroom. Very disturbing and did not sleep as a result. Will never stay at this brand again!

If you need a cheap place to sleep and an okay breakfast- this place is for you. Rooms were clean but outdated and rundown. Our toilet ran off and on all night and there was an odor on the main floor by an exit. We got what we paid for and the staff when checking in was great. The pool was closed bc of an issue and they apologized profusely. Can’t complain about price and cleanliness. Just needs some updates.
