"Disappointed after staying there. Filthy floor and bathroom. We trusted the reviews before booking our room but how disappointed. Bad odor, folks standing outside smoking all directions. Expedia stated they have hot tub available but they don’t. It’s like staying at a motel super cheap and doesn’t worth the price. Will not return again. The beds were firm and comfortable to sleep on. "

"I thought that maybe the reviews were over exaggerated, but 100% not true. The reviews speak for themselves. This was by far the nastiest, dirty, outdated place our family has ever stayed at before. DO NOT BOOK HERE! UNLESS YOU LIKE ROACHES, OLD BROKEN FURNITURE, DIRTY ROOM, BROKEN MICROWAVE, AND BED BUGS. The only postive thing I could say was the view of the bay was pretty. The hot tub, pool were dirty and looked unsafe. The elevator didn't even work."

"This place was awful. The front desk is never staffed, instead they have a phone number on the front door to call if you need help. I saw multiple people trying to check in by calling the number and then just leaving. The room was very moldy and musty smelling and there was a large gap at the bottom which let multiple pests in during our stay. Where the fire alarm is supposed to be there is just a base with duct tape over it, which with my 10 years of experience working and managing hotels, I'm more than certain it is illegal to put someone in a room without a working fire alarm. There was hair all over the bathroom and stains all over the sheets. I never used the coffee maker or microwave because they were both gross. The coffee maker still had grounds in the basket and a BUNCH of coffee build up inside. The hotplate on the coffee maker was so rusted and dirty it made my finger brown when i touched it. We booked for 3 nights, but only stayed 2. When I called the number on the front office door, since no one was in the front office, the manager stated that if I would have called earlier she would have refinded me. Then when I told her I was just going to take the loss, she became a little condescending and stated "Im sorry you didnt like the room".... like I was the problem. Awful property, awful stay, and gross rooms. Ive been the GM of a larger property and understand sometimes things are out of your control....but this place was too much. "
