The cottages appear to be very new and they are quite clean and functional. A very good central location to all the top hikes.

Our ground floor condo was perfect for what we wanted in Rocky Harbour. It was close to a good restaurant and convenience store. The kitchen was well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a small balcony and a separate sitting area

Lovely place to stay, if you purchase anything at the store where you check in check the dates. We bought sausage and the best before date was last year. They were very dry.

The check-in was at a separate office. The staff member was the least friendly and informative person we met in all of Newfoundland. Couldn't help us with suggestions for dinner or activities in Rocky Point. The room was fine. Clean and good sized, but a lot of stairs to drag our stuff up.

An ok place. Note there is an additional CLEANING FEE that is not included in listed price. My bill showed $40 in additional fees. This is not a hotel, it is privately owned units around town. You report to a central location where you will get directions to your unit. Unit was ok, good motel level. Cleaning could have been better and AC would not work.

The cottage we stayed for 2 nights were recently renovated. It’s been a very nice stay. Location is great: right in town, close to everything.

Our suite near the water with 2 bedrooms was amazing! The view was spectacular and it was a perfect location to explore Gros Morne mountains and the surrounding area. As others have mentioned, anyone visiting Rocky Harbour should get groceries in Deer Lake or Cornerbrook because the kitchen was great to have. This 2 bedroom unit was immaculate and we could not have been happier. The staff I communicated with were extremely attentive and I wouldn't think twice about coming here again. Did I mention the view? 11/10!

I stayed here with my partner. We stayed in the single cottage which had attached kitchen. Loved the easy check in. Cabin was nice , spacious and comfy. Great value for money and helpful staff. 2 minor problems 1) We could hear noises from the room next to us. Noise insulation could be better. 2) On our last day the heating went crazy and the room temperature became quite hot. We had to turn on the air conditioning to bring the temperature down.

We were greeted in a friendly, welcoming manner. Getting to the unit was easy. The unit seemed new and very clean. We felt right at home immediately! The weather wasn’t great but we were able to get out and walk the area. We highly recommend this property!
