Rocky Hill Holiday Rentals

"This is a very basic hotel. It's priced reasonably, and has no frills. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet, and the A/C worked efficiently. The room had a kitchenette, but there were no dishes, or coffee maker in the room. I read that these items could be acquired from the front desk, upon request. I had to request a hair dryer, as none was provided in the room. The bed was VERY firm (Hard), and we were quite uncomfortable, and didn't sleep well, as a result. I requested an extra pillow, and was told there were no more pillows available. When I tried to use the in-room phone to call the front desk, I discovered the phone was broken and unusable. We were informed that coffee and granola bars would be available for breakfast, but when we went downstairs, they were either never provided or put away before we arrived. I left my keys behind, and the GM facilitated their return, so I appreciate that very much. As mentioned, the staff were friendly and courteous, they just didn't offer a whole lot. If you need inexpensive, uncomfortable, but clean, safe, and quiet, this is the place for you. "

"Perfect location if you're going to see the Magnolia Market/The Silos. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. Very very clean! Staff was helpful and friendly. Parking garage was connected to hotel and very reasonably priced. beds were comfy, could use some firmer pillow options, but overall, very very pleased and would stay here again. "
